Apprenticeships
Our apprenticeship programs at Roush champion the pursuit of industry knowledge. Cut through the noise and build relationships with leaders who are eager to teach specific skills to accelerate your success.
Our work-based learning programs are tailored to develop entry-level candidates into a trained workforce. This training begins during the senior year of high school. Students participate in day-to-day work activities gaining hands-on experience that can't be found in the classroom. Following graduation, interested students are invited to apply for employment with Roush.
Internships
Interns at Roush become part of our team, adding to our culture and contributing to real-world projects. We are here to encourage industry newcomers to explore, learn, and discover their ideal path for personal and professional development.
The Roush Emerging Leader Program (ELP) is a 9-month program designed to develop high-potential talent through a blend of self-directed learning, in-person sessions, simulations, job shadowing, mentorship, community outreach, and group projects.

Roush Veterans Initiatives
Roush's support of veterans starts at the top with our Founder and Chairman, Jack Roush. Jack has a lasting respect for our nation's heroes and recognizes the monumental challenge of transitioning from military to civilian life. In fact, Jack's commitment to honoring veterans was also strengthened through a life-saving encounter with a retired Marine.
